Training & Development
We have introduced a proper training system synonymous with quality professionalism and customer satisfaction. Despite any previous training or experience, any recruit is subjected to attend training for a period of one month.
To improve their performance, the recruits are placed under a training process that is continuous to ensure alertness and promptness round the clock.

Superior Supervision
We undertake a minimum of three supervisions of all our security personnel within a 12-hour shift, conducted by well-trained, experienced, and competent supervisors.
We are in constant 24-hour communication with our control room using enhanced mobile phone communication. Senior management staff and duty officers also carry out impromptu checks on the supervisors and guards to ensure that all security needs in all assignments are satisfactorily undertaken.
Guard Welfare & Equipment
Our guards are issued with identification cards, uniforms, military boots, raincoats, pullovers, ties, caps with corporate badge, whistle batons, and torches. Consequently, the guards report on duty neat and well groomed.
We adhere to terms and conditions of service as provided for by the labour laws of Kenya. Upon recruitment, our guards have established a welfare group that offers support to the employees in case of any emergency.
